Aksar 2 is an upcoming thriller film, written, directed and produced by Ananth Narayan Mahadevan. The film features Zareen Khan, Gautam Rode and Abhinav Shukla. The makers released the motion poster a few days back and now finally they have come up with its trailer.
The trailer will give you a perfect thriller film vibe and love, conspiracy and sensuous moments worked as a cherry on the cake. The film is the sequel to 2006 film Aksar which starred Emraan Hashmi, Dino Morea, and Udita Goswami.
Emraan also wished the team by tweeting, he said, “Eagerly awaiting #Aksar2. Here’s wishing the film & its team a HIT tag. Sharing the theatrical trailer!”
The first film of the franchise was a chartbuster hit including songs like “Jhalak Dikhla Ja”, “Soniye”, composed and sung by Himmesh Reshammiya, the film had found its place in the popular category of movies back in 2006.
Now we have to see will the sequel of the film be able to live up to the hype that was created by its prequel. Talking about the trailer, the film seems catchy in its way. In the two-minutes video, we have seen Zareen Khan flaunts her sensuous avatar, Abhinav Shukla looks prime and proper, while television actor Gautam Rode is going to make his Bollywood debut with this film.
The trailer clearly hints towards a love story with added flavours of conspiracy and deceit which makes it a perfect thriller package. The film also features talented senior actress Lillete Dubey in a mysterious old lady look and her character can be called one of the highest points in the recently released trailer.
Let’s see will this movie be able to live up the expectations of the audience. To know about it wait until October, as Aksar 2 is slated to release on October 6, 2017.
