‘Baadshaho‘ is an upcoming Indian period heist action thriller film written by Rajat Arora, directed and co-produced by Milan Luthria. After wooing the audience with the teaser and recreated version of soulful song ‘Mere Rashke Qamar’, the makers finally released the trailer of the film on Monday.
This action and bullet packed trailer of the action-thriller film seems high on drama. The punchlines and action sequences hinting towards a paisa-vasool entertainment flick. The two-minutes-twenty-seconds video introduces the six ‘Badasses’ which gives a sneak peek into the plot.
‘Baadshaho’ is set during the emergency period and it is also said that the film was conceptualized while Ajay was making 1999 film ‘Kachche Dhaage’. The director said he got busy with other projects post ‘Kachche Dhaage’ but the story stayed with him.
The film stars Ajay Devgn, Emraan Hashmi, Ileana D’Cruz, Vidyut Jammwal, Sanjay Mishra and Esha Gupta. The film also features Sharad Kelkar and Sunny Leone in a special appearance.
‘Baadshaho’ will hit theaters on September 1.
