Nowadays, all channels are racing against each other to deliver something new to their viewers. Yes, Sony TV recently came up with this show and got mixed comments and now we have to see how this new show will manage to impress the audience. In the midst of this controversy, Sony TV is all set with another show, an EPIC war drama this time.
Sony TV and Swastik Productions have teamed up to present the historical story of Alexander The Great and Porus. The teaser of the show has been released and trust us this is the show we all have been waiting for. The show features Rohit Purohit to play Alexander and Laksh Lalwani as Porus.
Talking about the plot, it is about Alexander and Porus dates back to 350 B.C. Where our country India is shown as a country that has remained untouched by invaders. In the promo, we first got introduced to Alexander the great and how he, after winning the world, aims to conquer the ‘Sone Ki Chidiya- Bharat’.
And soon after we got introduced to Porus, who successfully prevents Alexander from conquering India and also drive him out of the country. In the fifty-second promo, we have seen amazing graphics and sets that clearly says that makers have invested a lot into the show. All those mesmerising locations, VFX, powerful characters, costumes, etc are hinting towards a hit show, it will turn out to be.
We hope the show too manage to win hearts like the promo did, the show will be aired soon on Sony TV.
