Actor Suriya said that he will collaborate with director Hari for the fourth installment in the Singam franchise, but the process will take time. It is the same movie from which Ajay Devgn got inspired and make its Hindi remake.
Actor Suriya’s Si3 was released last week, the third installment in the Singam franchise. At the success meet of Singam 3 the actor said, “Hari and I will reunite for Singam 4. It is definitely on the cards. But we might do a film before that. We will do Singam 4, say, after five years.” Suriya popularised the character Durai Singam, a duty-fearing, the uptight police officer in the Singam franchise.
All the three films have been a huge success for Suriya. The third one which released last week made close to Rs 50 crores in just three days and if it keeps the pace, it will surely reach the mark of 100 crores. The movie collected about 20 crores on day one.
The movie starred Suriya, Shruti Hasan, Soori and Anushka Shetty. This cop franchise is performing exceptionally, even overseas. Apart from it actor Suriya’s next is with Vignesh Shivan- Thaana Serndha Kootam has already gone on floors.
