‘Masaan’ fame actor Vicky Kaushal is currently filming Rajkumar Hirani’s untitled Sanjay Dutt biopic. The actor has proved himself in many movies and now he is likely to star opposite Alia Bhatt.
The duo might share screen space in Meghna Gulzar’s next film based on Harinder Sikka’s book ‘Calling Sehmat’. As per sources, Vicky is in talks for the film with Alia. The film needed a performer like him. But he is yet to sign on dotted lines and figure out dates and other things.
Meghna’s film ‘Talvar’ got critical acclamation and now she is working on her next project based on Sikka’s book. The film is about a Kashmiri woman who married to an Army officer across the border who provides Indian intelligence with invaluable information during 1971 Indo-Pak war.
The yet-to-be-titled film is likely to go on floors by next month and will be jointly produced by Dharma Productions and Junglee Pictures. Where Vicky is currently working on Sanjay Dutt biopic, Alia was in London a few days back to discuss things with Ranbir Kapoor and Ayan Mukherji, about the superhero flick ‘Dragon’.
