The much-awaited movie of SS Rajamouli ‘Baahubali: The Conclusion’ will release in few days. The movie is one of his biggest projects and created a lot many buzzes. Fans are not only excited for Baahubali but are already speculating about Rajamouli’s next project.
Yes, we are talking about Mahabharata. In earlier reports, it was reported that SS Rajamouli was set to make Mahabharata with Amitabh Bachchan, Mohanlal, and Aamir Khan. As per reports, the project was to go on floors in 2018 and was to be made on a budget of a whopping Rs 400 crore in three languages- Hindi, Tamil, and Telegu.
Not only this, the director was also keen on collaborating with Rajnikanth, Mohanlal and Aamir Khan for this big budget movie. And recently, in an interview, Rajamouli spills the beans on Mahabharata and also confirms meeting with Aamir Khan.
SS Rajamouli said, “I want to do Mahabharata and I have said that many times but definitely not immediately after Baahubali. Mahabharat is such an epic that I need to up my craftsmanship to handle such a subject. Yeah I met Aamir ji once quite sometime back, We spoke about Mahabharata. I know that he’s very much interested in doing the film. But as I said, at present I am not thinking anything beyond Baahubali. Mahabharata is definitely not after this.”
He still not officially confirms nor he completely denied, it is only a matter of time before the genius director takes on this ambitious project.
