9TH December 2016, the release date of Yash Raj Banner film Befikre. This film is produced, written and directd by Aditya Chopra, the man whos has given 3 big hits DDLJ, Mohabbatein, Rab ne Banadi Jodi as a Director. And now he is out with his fourth movie Befikre.
Now it would be interesting to see tha would Adtiya carry a befiker atttitude for hs new movie? Taking a look at the movie , this film has Ranveer Kapoor and Dharm and Delhi Girl Vaani Kapoor as Shyra.
The first 20 mins before the interval has a strong influence on the crowd with its pace, cinematography, locations and the energy and on screen chemistry of Ranveer and Vaani Kapoor. However later it gets a bit confusing when the film was riding from flash back to the present and vice versa or should we say Aditya got confused as a writer and director of the film.
Ranveer and Vaani like each other and live in a living relationship but are not willing to fall for anything long term. They get seperated and then a new person enters both of their life. aAs interesting it may be both decide to get married to their respective partners on the same alter in the same venue. But when they finaly reach their marriage moment on the priest`s call, they realise that somehow they haven`t taken the right descision for marriage.
So what happens then? Do they get married to their respected partners? Or do they marry each other? And if the latter option comes true how do they get married to each other when the guests are waiting for them to get married to their respective bride and groom and the final wedding kiss.
All these questions will be answered only when you go and watch the movie. Because I wot be telling you the enitre story of the movie, I would be just giving you my reviews on it.
Now lets have a look at thefilm from my point of view. If we go back to the films made by Aditya Chopra before , somewhere this film somewhat has less aura than the those made before.
Although the film was shot in Paris but still has a major Punjabi touch. But still you might find a slight dfficulty in patiently watching this movie after the interval. We all are well aware of Ranveer and his style of acting and he has maintained it in this film. Vaani Kapoor has successfully complimented him in every scene. Apart from a nice presentation of acting skills the film has great cinematography as it showcases Paris in a wonderful way. The music of Vishal and Shekeher and the Vocals of Arijit Singh and Benny Dayal are already ruling the hearts and minds of the audience.
The youth can enjoy this film as they might find themselves in the chemistry of Ranveer and Vaani. Overall this is a one time watch movie and this movie will get 2.5 stars from my side.
