After launching the mega series ‘Aarambh’, Star Plus is all set to launch their next outing titled ‘Rishton Ka Chakravyuh’. A family drama that revolves around a mother played by Narayani Shastri and a daughter played by Mahima Makwana. The series centres a troubled relationship between a mother and a daughter.
In an interview, both Mahima and Narayani talking about their respective characters and also the base plot.
“The name of the show itself gives you a gist of what the show is all about. There is so much of hatred between the mother and daughter. But while Anami completely hates her mother, Satrupa does not hate her daughter and just dislikes a few things about Anami,” said Mahima Makwana.
On it Narayani Shastri said, “The story of Chakravyuh is way more complicated than shown in the promo. Anami’s hatred for her mother is completely justified. Infact, what every character does in Chakravyuh is justified as there is a reason behind it.”
Narayani also reveals, “There is no nice or positive character in the show, there is a lot of grey, which is there in everyone’s daily life. Koi bhi insaan doodh ka dhula nai hota. Some people are darker and some people are more white.”
Narayani also speaks about Anami and her character.
She said adding, “Anami is a pure soul, very innocent and lovable and does not have any malice against anyone in her mind, whereas Satrupa exactly opposite. She is manipulative, a power player, very business minded and will play games to achieve what she wants.”
With the character sketches revealed and the base plot understood, we cannot wait for the show to go on-air.
