Nach Baliye Season 8 is one of the most talked about the show these days. After teasing with the promo and it’s speculated contestant list, the makers of the show released a couple of promos which features the couple contestants of season 8.
So today, we bring some latest news from the sets of Nach Baliye Season 8. The contestants of the latest season of the dance reality show have started rehearsing for their acts, as Divyanka Tripathi shared a picture of herself with other couple contestants on her Instagram page.
Everyone on the sets seems to leave no stone unturned when it comes to practicing for it. In the picture, shared by Divyanka, we can see Divyanka, Vivek, Mohit, Bharti, Sanaya, Abigail, Pritam, Karan Tacker and the rest of the team sitting on the floor posing for the picture. The couple who has gone missing from the pic is Big Boss fame Mona Lisa and husband Vikrant Singh Rajpoot.
In next few days, from April first week on Star Plus, the show will go on-air but the shoot for its first episode has already begun. In the opening episode 5 out of 10 couples performed on some amazing latest songs. Here is the list-
Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa performed on the latest chartbuster song ‘Tamma Tamma’ from the movie ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’.
Vivek Dahiya and Divyanka Tripathi shook their legs on the romantic song ‘Gerua’ from the film ‘Dilwale’.
Pritam Singh and Amanjot performed on romantic number ‘Zaalima’ from the movie ‘Raees’.
Sanam Johar and Abigail Pandey performed on ‘Humma Humma’ from the film ‘OK Jaanu’.
Aashka Goradia and Brent Goble performed on ‘Bloody Hell’ from the movie ‘Rangoon’.
The sets of the Nach Baliye has been known for its grandeur and the makers continue the legacy in Season 8 as well.
Not only this Nach Baliye season 8 has seen its first couple fight as well. According to sources, there are rumours about the youngest couple of the season Abigail Pandey and Sanam Johar having fight on the set of the show.
It was being said during the rehearsals of their first performance the couple needs to perform an aerial lift, but Abigail has a fear of heights did not want to do that lift and even asked the choreographers to tweak the same.
But her boyfriend Sanam apparently was adamant on doing the lift as it was planned. Not able to endure anymore, Abigail broke down and left the rehearsals.
When contacted her to get to the crux of the matter, she simply denied the rumours and said, “I have no idea how do these stories just pop up. It is true that I was skeptical about doing a move and I always remember that I have to match up to Sanam’s dancing prowess. However, after not being able to do it after repeated attempts, I started crying. Sanam, in fact was my support system throughout the whole process and consoled me.”
“Apart from us being a couple, Sanam is an amazing teacher. And I couldn’t have been happier that he teaches me in the best manner. I am learning and I want to keep up to him,” she added.
Her statement shut many rumours but there are lot more things lined up, as the show go forward. Reportedly, The first episode will see Ranbir Kapoor hosting the show.
